| 摘 要： | 学生干部是辅导员做好学生工作的得力助手,是师生关系联系的桥梁和纽带,是学校第二课堂和校园文化建设的主力军。高职院校辅导员应从学生干部的选拔、培养、使用和考核等方面加强学生干部队伍建设,充分发挥学生干部作用。

| Abstract: | Students cadres provide important and necessary aids for the assistants,they are the bridges between the students and teachers and they are also the major ones in constructing the after-class activities and campus culture.The assistants of the higher vocational colleges should strengthen the construction of cadres from selecting,cultivating and assessment,and make full use of the students cadres. |
