燃气机防爆装置的设计与应用

摘    要:进气管回火是燃气机在运转过程中一种比较常见、难以避免的现象,它对燃气机的正常工作产生很大影响,回火严重时甚至烧坏中冷器,炸裂进气管。为了避免这种危害,通常采取的办法除了减小气门重叠角外,就是在进气管安装防爆装置。本文介绍了两种燃气机防爆装置的设计方法,同时还介绍了第二种防爆装置在T16V280燃气机上的应用情况和效果。

Abstract:Phenomenon of Backfire in intake pipe is common and inevitable while gas engine is in operation. Serious backfire may damage the inter-cooler or crack intake pipes. Conventional measure to avoid the damage is to install explosion proof equipment in intake pipe besides decreasing valve overlap angle. This paper introduces two types of methods designing explosion proof equipment servicing gas engine and application of the latter explosion proof equipment on T16V280 gas engine.
