摘    要:介绍了逆向工程的基本概念、关键技术和逆向工程实施工作流程。应用逆向工程的相关概念,对汽车车灯进行逆向工程开发。分析了车灯轮廓边界及内部曲面的基本形状,并采用激光测量,对数据进行分块处理,去除坏点、杂点,对齐及重定位误差、变形误差和测量误差。对数据采用整合,直接对点云进行拼合,再重构出原型,实现了汽车前大灯CAD模型重构,并对灯罩大曲面的品质进行了优化分析处理。通过逆向设计可以大量地缩短设计周期,提高生产率。

Abstract:The basic concept, key technologies and work flow of reverse engineering were introduced. With the related concepts of reverse engineering, the light of automobile was designed. The outer profile and inner curved surface were analyzed and measured by laser. The data were processed in partitions. Bad and desultory points were removed, and positioning error, deformation error and measuring error were corrected. By data integrating and direct merging of data clouds, the prototype was reconstructed. The CAD model reconstruction of head light of automobile was completed and curved surface quality of lampshade was optimized. It could greatly shorten design cycle and enhance productivity by applying reverse technology.
