钢材焊接性与焊接工艺咨询系统

在研究大量的材料焊接性和焊接工艺知识的基础上，综合运用数据库技术和焊接专业知识，开发了一个基于Client／Server的钢材焊接性分析与焊接工艺咨询系统。系统设计了中外牌号对照查询，材料成分查询和焊接性试验查询等咨询模块，具有碳当量计算、t8/5的计算、冷裂纹预测、热裂纹预测、再热裂纹预测和最低预热温度计算等预测计算模块。为了便于知识更新，还提供强大的数据库维护功能。

A NEW CONSULTING EXPERT SYSTEM FOR WELDABILITY AND WELDING PROCEDURES OF STEEL

An expert system for analyzing steel weldability and generating welding procedures has been developed based on the Client/Server structure which covers plenty of knowledge about material weldability and welding procedures. The main function of the system is to analyze the weldability and generate welding procedures for steels according to the brand or the composition. Consulting module is established which can provide corresponding steel brands (names) in different codes from different countries or organizations, composition, mechanical properties and weldability tests for steels. Calculating module is established to predict carbon equivalent, t 8/5 , cold crack susceptibility, hot crack susceptibility, reheat crack susceptibility and preheat temperature on different welding conditions. Meanwhile, the system provides a useful way to maintain its knowledge base so that the users can update the knowledge.
