| 摘 要： | 扬子石化公司炼油厂一套常减压蒸馏装置于2001年进行了扩容改造:闪蒸塔改为初馏塔,优化塔内填料的装填,常压炉和减压炉均采用了新型燃烧器等。改造后装置原油加工能力达到了3.50Mt/a,最高达3.80Mt/a。总拔出率提高了3.4个百分点,加工损失降低了0.04个百分点;并且改善了产品质量,提高了装置各项技术经济指标。

| Abstract: | The reconstruction of enlargement capacity for the first set of atmospheric vacuum distillation unit of Yangzi petrochemical company refinery was completed in 2001. The flash tower changed into primary distillation tower. The loading method of packing was optimized. The new type burners in atmospheric furnace and vacuum furnace were adopted. After reconstruction, the crude oil processing capacity of unit had reached 3. 5Mt/a, the maximum capacity had reached 3. 8Mt/a. The total topping rate increased 3. 4 percent. The processing loss de-creassed 0. 04 percent. The product quality was improved. Every item of technical economic target of unit was rised. |
