地面驱动螺杆泵采油配套技术及应用

为了方便油井投产和管理,解决抽油机井因油稠、砂卡而不能正常生产及电泵井能耗高的问题,优选了地面驱动螺杆泵开采方式,建立了新技术应用示范区。考虑到原油物性、开采需求等因素,研究出对难采井、长停井、需求大排量井等采用杆柱扶正、泵下加装单流阀、电磁及变频调速控制、工况测试诊断及生产参数优化设计等技术,并将其有机地组合在一起配套使用。现场生产数据分析表明,在示范区使用该配套技术,螺杆泵井能有效延长油井的检泵周期,降低故障发生率,从而有效地降低了油井生产费用。目前,该配套技术在地面驱动螺杆泵井的使用中处于领先水平,适合推广应用。

Technology and application of oil production by ground driven screw pump
