指标实时考核系统在火电厂运行管理中的应用

运行水平对电厂经济性有着很大影响,进行指标考核已成为电厂运行管理的一项重要工作,本文从如何提高运行人员操作水平和工作积极性入手,完成了火电厂运行指标实时考核系统的研制。系统通过计算指标目标值,实时指导运行人员调整参数,使机组在最佳状态下运行,并将考核结果直接兑现为奖金,提高运行人员工作积极性。具有考核灵活、在线构置、实时激励、考核结果科学公正、运行稳定可靠、通用性强等优点,易于维护和扩展,真正实现了指标的实时、不间断考核。系统已经投入实际生产,运行结果表明,能够能充分挖掘电厂内部潜力,提高电厂机组的运行经济性。在各火电厂的普遍应用,有望取得很好的社会效益和经济效益。

Application of Operating Index Real-time Evaluation System in Thermal Power Plant

Operation level has significant effect on economy of power plant,index evaluation has become an important work for operation management in power plant,this paper accomplish the operation index real-time evaluation system making focus on how to improve the operating skill and enthusiasm of operators.The system can instruct operator to adjust operating parameters real-time via calculating target value of index so as to make unit run in optimal state,can improve enthusiasm of operators by exchanging evaluating result to bonus directly.It has merits such as on-line configuration,real-time inspiriting,scientific and just evaluating result,stability and reliability,well maintenance and expansibility.Practical result shows it can scoop out the internal potential of power plant and improve the operating economy of units.The widely use in each thermal power plant is hopeful that it should achieve remarkable economic profit and social profit.
