Based on the independent feminine bodily measurement data, the box block by the short inch type construction is obtained. Which is the practice confirmation of the short inch type construction method, meanwhile is the foundation of the real block which suits more individ- uals. This structure design principle bases on the human body characters and the new body measurements which are selected in this process can give some inspiration for studying the garment structural design and the relationship between the garment and human body.
