基于FPGA与PC-104的CNC多轴运动控制器设计

摘    要:讨论了一种基于FPGA与PC-104工控机为系统基础平台的运动控制器系统开发,系统采用了CNC嵌入PC的硬件结构形式,并对位置反馈、输入接口、输出接口、手脉输入、脉冲发生、主轴接口以及逻辑控制模块进行了详细设计。

Abstract:The design of multiple axis controller based on FPGA and the system platform of the PC-104 industrial computer, in the course of which the hardware architecture of CNC embedded to PC is put in use, is described here. The function module design of the motion control device includes the design of position feedback module, I/O interface module, manual pulse input module, pulse generating module, spindle interface module and logical control module.
