漂珠对德士古煤气化工艺灰水系统的影响及应对措施

摘    要:介绍了德士古煤气化工艺中漂珠的形成过程,分析了漂珠对灰水系统的影响,通过采取在灰水处理系统增设漂珠收集池、输水设施进口处设置过滤器、液位计根部阀后配冲洗水及在锁斗内靠近锁斗循环泵入口处增设隔离挡板等措施,可有效移除灰水系统内的漂珠,解决灰水输送设施磨损及磁翻板液位计堵塞等问题。

Abstract:The formation of the floating beads in the process of the Texaco coal gasification was introduced and the impact of the floating beads on the grey water system was analyzed. By building a floating beads collection pool in the grey water treatment system, installing a filter at the inlet of the water transfer facility, supplying flushing water at the root of the level gauge, adding an isolation baffle in the lock hopper near the inlet of the lock hopper circulating pump, etc., the floating beads could be effectively removed from the grey water system. Therefore, the abrasion problem of the grey water conveying facility and the plugging problem of the level gauge of the magnetic flap were solved.
