宁东煤水煤浆浆体性能实验研究

摘    要:通过宁东煤的成浆性实验,考察了添加剂种类、温度、水煤浆浓度和放置时间对煤样成浆性的影响。实验结果表明:1#、3#煤样适合制备水煤浆;HY系列添加剂对宁东煤的成浆性较好;随着温度的升高,水煤浆黏度降低,稳定性降低;水煤浆黏度随放置时间的延长而增加;水煤浆浓度高,稳定性好;水煤浆适宜的输送温度为15℃~35℃。

Abstract:The experimental study on the slurryability of the Ningdong Coal was introduced and the impact of the types of additives, temperature, concentration and time on the slurryability of No.1 coal sample was investigated. The result showed that No.1 and No.3 samples were suitable for coal water slurry preparation. The HY series additives were quite helpful for the slurryability of the Ningdong Coal. The longer the holding time, the higher the viscosity. The coal water slurry concentration is high and stable. The temperature suitable for coal water slurry transportation was 15℃-35℃.
