碎煤加压气化含酚废水处理方法的优化

摘    要:对碎煤加压气化工艺废水预处理,经过改造脱氨和脱酚流程后,采用二异丙基醚作为萃取剂的萃取效果明显改善;采用甲基异丁基酮作为萃取剂的萃取效果更好,但脱酸塔塔板堵塞造成运行周期短,而且能耗大,出水指标不稳定。通过对酚氨回收装置脱酸塔进行降温降压操作,运行周期由1~3个月延长到12个月,节能效果显著,全年可节约700万元左右;经过对水塔塔顶回流部分的改造,出水指标合格率可达到100%。

Abstract:After revamping the ammonia/phenol removal process, the extraction efficiency was much improved when diisopropyl ether (DIPE) was used as the extractant for the pre-treatment of the process wastewater from the coarse coal gasification plant. When methyl isobutyl ketone was adopted as the extractant, the efficiency was even better, but the plugging problem of the depickling column trays shortened its service life and caused greater energy consumption, besides, the quality of the treated water was not stable. When the depickling column for the phenol/ammonia recovery unit was under decreased-pressure operation, the service life could be extended from 1-3months to 12months, much energy could thus be saved. After revamping on the reflux unit at the top of the water column, the treated water quality was 100% up to standard.
