摘    要:以组态王6.0为开发平台,利用日本岛电智能仪表、周波控制器、研华智能模块、晶闸管等组成硬件系统,对热处理设备实现了计算机监控,完成了电炉智能控制和PID调功功能,现场运行表明,本系统有控温精度高、炉温波动性小、设备自动化程度高的特点,实现了对热处理车间的集散控制.本系统具备485通讯接口功能,具有联网通讯和远程监视能力.

Abstract:This paper used Kingview 6.0 as the developing platform, utilized the intelligent instrument, cycle controller, advantech intelligent modules and thyristor to build the hardware system which can put heat treatment equipment computer control function and intellectual PID control function into pracrice. On field runing showed that the system owned many high controlling properties, such as high temperature precision, less temperature fluctuation, high equipment automatic degree and heat treatment workshop distributing control. This system possesses 485 communication interface which is capable of net communication and remote monitoring.
