摘    要:综合分析了长距离大管径的输气管道在水试压后,利用清管球擦除管道内试压水的过程.从稳态的角度出发,分析了清管球在管道内的运行规律,提出了相应的清管数学模型,并编写了稳态模拟分析软件Pigging.根据中国某气田的一条φ558.8 mm×12.7 mm,总长约106 km的输气管道所提供的相关数据进行了模拟计算.计算结果表明:在输气管道进行清管稳态计算时,如果设定管道的通球速度,计算出的管道入口压力和流量参数是时时变化的,这在生产实际中较难控制.建议从更切合生产实际的瞬态角度出发分析清管过程.

Abstract:A pig is used to clean out free water from long distance main gas pipeline after water pressure test.Then the steady-state model of pigging is developed according to the law of motion of the pig in pipeline.Based on the mathematical model mentioned above,a software PIGGING is developed,which aims at pigging steady calculation after water pressure test.The analog computation is carried out based on the data from a gas pipeline,which is 106 km in length and 558.8 mm in diameter,in an onshore gas field.The results indicate that if pigging velocity is given,the inlet pressure and flow rate obtained are variable and difficult to control in production.The suggestion is to analyze the pigging process with the transient model that is much more suitable to the production.
