摘    要:采用掺杂生长了一系 列用于大功率LD泵浦连续激光器倍频的磷酸钛氧四(KTiOPO4,KTP),如:Nb:KTP、Na:KTP、Ce:KTP及Rb:KTP、Cs:KTP等,虽然其中一些具有比普通KTP晶体高的效率和抗光损伤阈值,并在4%Nb:KTP中实现了NCPM,但是在大部分掺杂晶体中生长条纹、包裹体均较严重,影响了晶体的均匀性,不适于大功率连续激光器应用,为提高KTP晶体均匀性和抗光损伤阈值,采用特制原料和改进工艺生长了优质KTP晶体,可用于大功率LD泵浦的Nd:YVO4连续激光器倍频,最大的连续绿光输出功率达到5W。

Abstract:Investigation on the KTP crystals used for high power LD-pumped continuouswave laser was reported in this paper. A series of potassium titanyl phosphate(KTP) family crystals such as Nb:KTP, Na:KTP, Ce:KTP, Rb:KTP, Cs:KTP were grown. It is shown that the damage threshold for some doped KTP crystals is higher than that of pure KTP crystals and non-critical phase matching has been realized in 4%Nb:KTP. However there are serious growth defects such as growth striations, inclusions in the great majority of doped KTP crystals. Therefore these crystals have great inhomogeneity and can not be used for high power continuous-wave laser. KTP crystal was grown with high pure raw materials in order to improve the homogeneity and raise the damage threshold of materials, and it can be used for the SHG of high power LD-pumped Nd:YVO4 laser and the output of 5W continuous-wave green laser was obtained.
