| 摘 要： | 根据感应体熔沟的工作条件提出了感应体熔沟浇注料应满足的要求.选用熔融石英、堇青石等作骨料,刚玉微粉加强基质,铝酸盐水泥作结合剂,研制了感应体熔沟用浇注料.该浇注料在20t有芯熔锌感应炉上使用,使用寿命达24个月.

| Abstract: | The requirements which inductor refractories should meet were pointed out according to the working conditions of inductor.The castables for inductor were developed using melted quartz,cordierite,etc, as aggregates,aluminate cement as binder,and adding corundum microfines to strengthen matrix.The developed castable was used in a core induction furnace with capacity of 20 t,achieving the service life of 24 months. |
