摘    要:以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为基体,以亲水性、生物相容性极佳的丙烯酰吗啉(ACMO)及带强阴离子性磺酸基的2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为功能单体,通过自由基聚合制得PVDF接枝共聚物,并用红外光谱和核磁共振对其进行表征。通过浸没沉淀相转化法制备了共聚物膜,用X射线光电子能谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、接触角测试仪、全自动凝血仪对膜的表面组成、结构形貌、亲水性及血液相容性进行了研究。结果表明,在成膜过程中功能基团均向膜表面偏析,有致孔作用。与纯PVDF膜相比,改性膜的亲水性提高,且能抑制血细胞粘附,其活化部分凝血活酶时间及凝血酶原时间分别延长了7.80 s和2.83 s,纤维蛋白原的浓度从0.897 g/L降低到0.818 g/L,改性后膜的亲水性及血液相容性提高。

Abstract:Poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) was modified with acryloylmorphpline (ACMO) and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) by the method of free-radical polymerization in solution,and the copolymers were characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR.PACMO was introduced to improve the hydrophilicity,and PAMPS was used to imitate the molecular structure and anti-coagulation property of heparin.The membranes were prepared via immersion phase inversion.The result of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy proves the surface macrosegregation of PACMO and PAMPS.The SEM analysis result of the modified membrane shows PACMO and PAMPS can act as the poring-agent.After dual modification,the hydrophilicity of the membrane is improved.Few of platelet or red blood cell adhere on the surface of the dual modified membrane.Contrasted with PVDF membrane,activated partial thromboplastin time and prothrombin time of the dual modified membrane were prolonged by 7.80 s and 2.83 s and the fibrinogen concentration decreases from 0.897 g/L to 0.818 g/L.All results indicate that PACMO and PAMPS have endowed the membrane with well hydrophilicity and excellent bloodcompatibility.
