储油罐液位测量技术现状与发展趋势

摘    要:从目前国内外储油罐常用以及近年来新出现的液位测量仪表的测量原理和方法方面,分析了储油罐液位测量技术的现状,主要归纳为以下几种:人工检尺、浮体式液位测量仪表、伺服式液位测量仪表、磁致伸缩液位仪、差压式液位测量仪表、超声波液位测量仪表、雷达液位仪、激光液位仪、光纤液位测量仪表、核辐射式液位测量仪表、新原理的小型液位开关等。并预测了储罐液位测量技术的发展趋势。

Abstract:This paper summarizes the oil tank liquid level measurement technology regarding recent developed instruments, mainly including manual measuring, buoyancy type, servo type, magnetostriction type, pressure difference type, ultrasonic type, radar type, laser type, optical fiber type and nuclear radiation type as well as novel minitype liquid level switch. It predicts the main developing tendency of liquid level measuring technology. Digitizing interface will fasten its developing step, diversification will keep its position, magnetostriction type will be one of idea contact type instruments, and radar type will become an important non-contact type instrument.
