摘    要:传统的开挖式锚杆腐蚀检测方法成本高、效率低,为此,提出利用电磁导波测量技术进行锚杆腐蚀检测的新方法。通过对电磁导波技术机理的分析,设计了测试样块,并在多个变电站进行测试。现场开挖结果表明,电磁导波信号与腐蚀程度间有良好的对应关系,电磁导波信号的幅度、相位延迟和波形变化的陡度分别可以表征腐蚀的程度、腐蚀的位置和腐蚀的渐变特征。

Abstract:Conventional excavation-based testing method of anchor rod corrosion is of high costs and low efficiency.Accordingly,a new testing method using magnetostrictive guided wave technique is presented.Calibration blocks are designed by analyzing the technical mechanism of magnetostrictive guided wave,and tests are performed in multiple transformer substations.The site excavation and examination result indicates good corresponding relationships between magnetostrictive guided wave signals and guyed bar corrosion ...
