落叶松干燥过程热质传递特性的实验研究

摘    要:采用实验的方法研究了兴安落叶松干燥过程热质传递的特性。结果表明:在干燥初始阶段,试材很快达到干球温度,表、芯层温差先是逐渐增大,而后平缓趋于一致;试材含水率下降速度较快,表、芯层含水梯度较大,在干燥中后期阶段,含水率下降速度明显减慢,表、芯层含水率梯度逐渐减小。

Abstract:Heat and mass transfer properties of Dahurian larch-wood is studied in this paper The result shows: at initial stage of drying ,wood quickly reaches to dry-ball temperature, the gradient of temperature increases gradually at surface layer and core, finally, tends to reach identical The water content drops quite fast and the gradient in surface layer and core is great At later stage of drying the water content dropss lowly and the gradient in surface layer and core decreases gradually
