装配式箱变基础的设计及应用

摘    要:装配式箱变基础是箱式变电站基础建设的一场变革,改变了传统的箱变基础的设计和施工模式。采用全预制装配式的箱变基础,分为工厂生产预制和现场装配安装两大阶段,通过稳定性计算、承载力计算以及技术经济效益的对比分析,装配式箱变基础是一种安全可靠、经济合理的选择,相对传统的现浇混凝土基础,单个基础可节约造价约19%,工期大大缩短,提高了施工效率。

Abstract:Assembly foundation of box- type electric substation is a revolution of substation foundation construction, which changes the traditional box-type foundation design and construction mode. Prefabricated box- type foundation includes factory prefabrication and on-site assembly, based on the calculation of stability, bearing capacity calculation and comparative analysis of the technical economic benefits, Assembly foundation of box-type electric substation is a kind of safe and reliable, economic and reasonable choice, compared with traditional concrete foundation, a Assembly foundation can save the cost of about 19%, significantly shortening the construction period, improve the efficiency of construction.
