摘    要:文章主要以徐州市某中学校舍砖混结构为例,介绍了该建筑的原设计信息,研究分析了其加固前存在的主要问题,以及加固后该建筑的加固设计指标。针对加固前该建筑存在的具体问题,经计算对比分析给出了该建筑加固方法,并研究了具体部位的细部做法。另结合现场施工状况,给出了施工中关键技术的具体做法,以便为后续的校舍工程加固改造及其他相关工程提供参考。

Abstract:In this paper it takes a brick structure school building in Xuzhou City as an example. The building's original design , study of the main problems before the reinforcement,and reinforcement of the building rein- forcement design specifications were introduced.For specific issues before the construction of the reinforcement, it calculated the comparative analysis of the building reinforcement and studied the detail of specific parts of the practice. In addition, the specific practices of the key technologies in the construction, retrofitting and other associated works would to provide a reference for the subsequent school Droiects.
