江苏建筑职业技术学院图书馆清水混凝土柱施工方法综述

江苏建筑职业技术学院图书馆,5层框架结构,梁板柱均为饰面清水混凝土,全部斜向框架柱和部分竖向框架柱采用型钢混凝土组合结构柱。针对型钢混凝土柱截面形状复杂,斜向柱长度大,钢筋密集,清水饰面要求高等特点,采取了模板设计、钢筋绑扎、模板拼装加固以及混凝土浇筑等施工技术措施,最终混凝土浇筑效果达到了饰面清水混凝土相关质量要求,成功实现了设计者的思想意图。

Comprehensive Construction Technology of Fair-faced Concrete Column for Library of Jiangsu Jianzhu Institute

Library of Jiangsu Jianzhu Institute, a five story frame structure building. It＇s beam board columns are fair-faced concrete and all oblique frame columns and vertical frame columns are built in the form of steel reinforced concrete composite columns. For the higher characteristics of its complicated cross section shape, the large length of the inclined columns ,the density of the steel bars and fair-faced request, the architect takes the template design, template, steel banding assembling reinforcement and concrete pouring construction technical measures of concrete pouring, finally to achieve the fair-faced concrete quality requirements, the successful implementation of the designer＇s intention.
