摘    要:提出了一种基于物理方法把废旧锂离子电池的成分,包括钴酸锂、铜铝箔、隔膜和电解液等分离的方法.以废旧LGICR18650S2型锂离子电池为研究对象,集流体上的电极材料被充分洗脱,获得的黑色粉末约22 g(钴酸锂占66%),铜箔、铝箔5 g,隔膜1.3 g,电解液4 ml.

Abstract:A process based on physical methods to separate the components of spent Li-ion battery,such as LiCoO2,copper-aluminum foil,separator and electrolyte,was described.The spent LG ICR18650S2 type Li-ion battery was used in experiment.Almost the entire electrode materials on the current collector were well separated,the obtained black powder was about 22 g(LiCoO2 occupied 66%),copper foil and aluminum foil were 5 g,separator was 1.3 g,electrolyte was 4 ml.
