| 摘 要： | 针对北京地区近年来尖峰负荷突出，峰谷差日益增大的局面，对北京地区进行了广泛深入的调查，分析各行业移峰填谷潜力，结合不同用户电特点，牵引需求侧管理技术，研究制定相应的移峰填谷措施。典型用户的试点工作表明，这种措施效果显著。 |

| Abstract: | As a new technology Demand Side Management(DSM) is presented in this paper to resolve the serious problem that the peak load increases fast and the margin between peak and valley load has been being enlarged lately in Beijing region. After analysing the potential energy saving for sectors the suitable DSM measurements are put forward. Some pilot projects about peak shifting have implemented and good result and experience are obtained. |
