摘    要:微电网在孤岛模式中,由光伏阵列和储能电池并联构成的光伏逆变器作为V-f模式主控单元调节系统电压频率稳定,当光伏阵列输出功率不能满足系统需求且储能电池达到SOC限值时,逆变器不能保证系统稳定。针对此问题,本文在含光伏系统最大功率跟踪和储能电池充放电特性的系统中,提出了一种改进的V-f模式和P-Q模式控制算法,采用P-Q模式下的微燃机作为后备V-f模式调节单元,通过与光伏逆变器控制模式的切换解决了系统稳定性问题,同时在光伏阵列输出功率过剩的情况下提高了可再生能源的利用率。通过PSCAD/EMTDC软件仿真验证了其控制策略的有效性。

Abstract:In an island mode of micro-grid , composed of photovoltaic array and storage battery in parallel connection, PV inverter in the V-f control model mainly adjust the frequency and voltage stability of the micro-grid system. When the output power of PV array can"t meet the demand of system and energy storage battery is confused by SOC limit, the inverter can"t satisfy the system stability.Aiming at this problem, based on the photo-voltaic maximum power tracking system and the characteristics of the energy storage battery charging and discharging system, the paper analyzes the improved V - f and P - Q model control algorithm, using P - Q model of micro gas turbine as back-up V - f model adjusting unit,and switching the photovoltaic inverter"s control mode to solve the problem of system stability. At the same time,the control strategy improve the utilization of renewable energy when the out power of PV array is surplus.The simulation verify the effectiveness of the control strategy by using PSCAD/EMTDC software.
