摘    要:针对数据采集记录装置特殊工作环境对电源系统的要求,提出了一种由供电控制模块实现地面电源到自身电源转电,且能对自身锂电池充电管理的可充电式电源系统。详细介绍了电源系统中供电控制模块控制线性稳压芯片使能端实现地弹转电的过程,以及BQ2057对锂电池的充电管理流程。同时也给出了防止单路传感器供电短路、电源系统散热优化、锂电池工艺处理等可靠性方面的设计。试验证明,该电源系统供电稳定、安全可靠,能满足装置供电需求2小时以上。

Abstract:As the special working environmentSofSpower supply system on data recording device, it proposes a rechargeable power supply system that can realize power change from ground power to power itself, and manage the charging of lithium battery. It introduces the process of power change through enable port of linear regulator controlled by power control module, and the management of lithium battery charging by BQ2057. It also gives the reliability designs such as prevention of single sensor short circuit, cooling optimization, lithium battery technology. Tests show that, this power supply system is stable, safe and reliable, and can supply more than 2 hours.
