摘    要:根据两相流压降与颗粒浓度确定的线性关系,针对中储式锅炉,提出了现有输煤管道上安装差压变送器,通过压降和纯空气流速的测量来监测一次风风速和煤粉浓度的新方法。该法的优点在于不破坏原管路的阻力特性,简单易行,适于中储式制粉系统的火电厂现场使用。通过建立试验及相应在线测量系统的试验,表明该法可行。

Abstract:Based on the deterministic dependence relationship between pressure drop and solid concentration in air-solid two phase flow, a new method was put forward to mornitor the vilosity of the first-air and concentration of pulverized coal by assembling pressure differential transmitter on the old pneumatic pipe and measuring the pure air vilosity and pressure drop of two phase flow. It's notable features that the original pipes and resistance characters would not be changed. and especially suitable to the intermediate bin type pulverized coal preparation system. The experiment result shows that the mothod is pratical and easy to use.
