摘    要:阐述了基于图像识别的信息填涂卡文档图像标记阅读机中的识别算法,并提出一种新的信息卡填写方式。对常用的字符识别方法以及特征提取方法进行了描述,并根据实际,采用基于最小距离分类器的模板匹配算法来对手写符号进行识别,结果表明算法能有效地解决信息填涂卡文档图像的手写符号识别问题。

Abstract:This pap.er discussed recognition algorithms for analyzing document image of information card based on optical mark recognition, and proposed a new information card fill-in method. The common methods of character recognition and feature extraction were also described, and, according to practical situation, a template matching algorithm based on the minimum distance classifier was adapted to recognize handwritten symbols. The result showed that these methods could meet the need of handwritten symbols recognition.
