| 摘 要： | 采用微软SQL SERVER2005作为数据运行平台,构建了炼油装置腐蚀监控系统,并在乌石化公司炼油厂一套常减压装置进行了试点。该系统从工艺、材料、定点测厚、离线监测、在线监测、化学分析等方面利用先进的计算机数据库技术来管理设备腐蚀档案。系统不仅具有腐蚀监测数据的录入、审核、管理、显示、查询等初级功能,还具有报告自动生成、腐蚀状态分析、系统报警、腐蚀判别等功能,提高了防腐蚀管理的信息化水平,使炼油厂的设备管理上了一个新台阶。

| Abstract: | With Microsoft SQL SERVER2005 as data operation platform, the corrosion monitoring system was constructed and employed in Atmospheric - vacuum Distillation Unit I in Urnmqi Petrochemical Company. In this system, the advanced computer database technology was applied to manage equipment corrosion files from process anti - corrosion, materials anti - corrosion, fixed -point thickness measurement, off-line monitoring, online monitoring, chemical analysis, etc. The system not only has primary function of entry, validation, management, display, query of corrosion monitoring data. but also has functions such as auto - generation of report, corrosion trend analysis, warning systems, corrosion discrimination, which have improved the information management level and management of oil refinery equipment. |
