汽轮机推力轴承温度高原因分析与处理

摘    要:某热电联产汽轮机推力轴承温度高 ,故障时有发生 ,直接影响机组安全经济运行。作者通过对检修中测量结果的认真分析 ,指出了导致推力轴承温度高的若干原因 ,并进行了相应的处理。机组实际运行表明 :该处理措施有效降低了推力轴承温度 ,满足运行要求。还从多方面给出了防止推力轴承温度高的建议。

Abstract:The high temperature faults often occurred to the thrust bearing of a co-generation turbine leading to poor economy and safety of the unit.The causes of the faults were analyzed in detail by the measurement of the bearing during the maintenance.Some measures were taken to eliminate such faults.Actual operation of the unit showed that the measures were effective to lower the bearing temperature to meet the operating demand.
