摘    要:以CO2激光裂解器和SC100型气相色谱仪组成一套裂解色谱装置,在裂解室对标样聚乙烯切片、聚氯乙烯切片和聚丙烯切片进行裂解色谱试验。得出样品标准图谱用以定性分析,并对未知聚合物的聚集态、化学结构和聚合物主要成份进行鉴定,考察了裂解温度、柱箱升温速率、载气流速、色谱柱尺寸等因素对裂解色谱分析的影响,收到了一些有益的效果。

Abstract:We introduced one set of cracking chromatogram device composed of CO_2 laser cracking instrument and SC-100 gas chromatographic analyzer, by which we carried on a series of experiments to polythene slices, PVC slices and polypropylene slices at the cracking room. A standard diagram was used for qualitative analysis. Also the state of aggregation,chemical structure and the main ingredient of the unknown polymer could be identified. We studied various factors influencing the cracking chromatogram analysis, such as the cracking temperature, speed of box temperature increasing, airflow, flow rate of carrier gas, the dimension of the chromatographic column etc., some beneficial results was received.
