长庆气田有上、下古生界两套成藏和岩性不同的气层，同属于低压、低渗、低产气层，在已探明的储量中以下古生界气层为主,已建成年20×108m3的生产能力，并以每年10×108m3的规模递增。目前的177.8mm套管完井方式和常规完井管柱有它的不足之处,按现有的钻井、气层保护、压裂酸化和完井技术，开发井完井方式采用139.70mm套管完成后，能提高钻井速度，降低材料消耗。完井管柱采用SAB—3、SB—3和CQ—7等永久性完井管柱，淘汰常规完井管柱，以保护套管、延长套管使用寿命，满足上、下两套气层分试分压分采或合采的要求，达到提高单井产量和提高气田开发效果的目的。

Well Completion Method and Pipe String for Natural Gas Wells in Changqing Gas Field

??There are two sets of gas-bearing formations with different reservoir-forming condition and lithology in the Upper and Lower Palaeozoic in Changqing gas field and both belongs among low-pressure,low-permeability and low-yield gas reservoir.The proven reserves are mainly in lower Palaeozoic.A yearly productive capacity of 20×10⁸m³ has been attained and a production of 10×10⁸m³ is progressively increasing yearly.But there are some shortages for the present completion met hod with Ø177.8 mm casing and conventional completion pipe string.On the basis of the existing drilling,gas reservoir protection,fracturing,acidizing and completion techniques,the drilling rate can be raised and the consumption of materials can be cut down if Ø139.7 mm casing is used for development well completion,and the permanent completion pipe string of SAB-3,SB-3 and CQ-7,etc.is recommended to be used and the conventional completion pipe string should be eliminated to protect casing,to prolong casing service life,to meet the demands of separate zone testing,separate layer fracturing,separate zone production or multiple zone production for the two sets of gas-bearing formations and to attain the goal of raising individual-well producting rate and gas field development results.
