FeSiAl/纳米TiO2复合磁粉心的磁性能

摘    要:利用纳米TiO2对铁硅铝粉体包覆制成复合磁粉心。采用扫描电镜、HP 4284A和CH-258测试仪检测了样品的表面形貌及软磁性能。实验结果表明,纳米TiO2在铁硅铝颗粒表面形成一层氧化膜,随着纳米TiO2含量增加,磁粉心的磁导率降低,品质因数提高,直流叠加特性变好,损耗降低。成型后的固化处理可以改善磁粉心的磁性能。

Abstract:FeSiAl-TiO2 composite powder cores were prepared by coating sendust with nano-sized TiO2.SEM was utilized to observe surface topography,and HP 4284A and CH-258 analyzer were used to test soft magnetic properties.The results showed that nano-sized TiO2 film was formed on the surface of sendust powder.With increasing the content of nano titanium dioxide the permeability and power loss decease,while quality factors and DC bias properties are improved.Solidification can improve the magnetic properties of FeSiAl-TiO2 composite powder cores.
