摘    要:本文采用AT89C52单片机设计了一款智能交通灯控制系统,该系统通过检测和比较南北方向、东西方向车流量的大小,灵活地调节交通灯的通行时间,达到对交通灯自动实时控制的目的。系统不但在传统模式下能够正常工作,还可以实现根据车流量自动调节交通信号灯的智能模式,以及特殊车辆到来时的紧急模式,有效地缓解了车辆拥堵情况,提高了车行效率和道路利用率。

Abstract:The article uses AT89 C52 single-chip microcomputer to design an intelligent traffic light control system.This system can flexibly adjust the traffic light’s transit time by detecting and comparing the traffic volume in the north-south direction and the east-west direction to achieve the purpose of automatic real-time control of traffic lights.The system can not only work normally in the traditional mode,but also can realize the intelligent mode of automatically adjusting the traffic lights time according to the traffic volume,and realize the emergency mode when the special vehicle arrives.The system effectively alleviating the vehicle congestion and improving the driving efficiency and road utilization rate.
