铝合金压铸模CAD技术

摘    要:采用Windows98/NT操作系统,利用Visual Foxpro语言开发数据库,对铝合金压铸模具中各个模板及模板 配零件以及它们的孔的尺寸进行编程设计。用C语言编程设计,将结构参数转化成在Auto CAD下可执行的.SCR文件,使用SCRIPT命令,便会在AutoCAD绘图方式下自动生成所需的模具设计图形文件。利用AutoCAD三维实体造型功能可设计压铸件动模型腔、定模型腔和合箱后的实体。从不同角度、不同截面可直观观察零件,确定分型面和浇注系统、排溢系统的位置。

Abstract:The dimension of the diecasting mould for aluminum alloys and its accessories was designed with data base developed by using Visual Foxpro language in Win98/NT operation system.With the help of program by C Language,structure parameters above was transformed into.SCR files which can be performed in AutoCAD software.And the expected mould drawings was generated by running SCRIPT order.With the help of three dimension solid moking of autoCAD,moving cavity die,fixed cavity die and the matched die can be designed.Because the component can be observed from different directions and cross sections,the position of parting-line,gating system and exhausting system can be determined satisfyingly.
