薄壳型氧化催化剂的制备及性能

摘    要:考察了铂活性组分分布于α-A l2O3载体颗粒外表面的薄壳型催化剂的制备及其在乙苯脱氢-氢氧化反应中的性能。采用沉淀法制备催化剂不仅制备工艺简单,而且通过控制沉淀剂含量可以在0.022 7~0.228 4mm之间有效调节铂活性组分层的厚度。实验结果表明,在反应温度580℃下,与铂活性组分均匀分布的催化剂相比,薄壳型催化剂上氢氧化选择性提高了约2%,芳烃的损失率降低约80%。薄壳型催化剂在反应中能够及时转移反应放出的热量,因而具有更高的选择性和更好的稳定性。

Abstract:Preparation of thin-shell catalyst,on which Pt covered on surface of α-Al_2O_3 grain,was investigated.Performance of catalyst for interstage oxidation of hydrogen in ethyl-benzene dehydrogenation was also studied.Precipitation procedure of manufacturing catalyst was simple and in this process thickness of Pt layer could be adjusted from 0.022 7~0.228 4mm by controlling precipitator content.Under reaction temperature(580℃),selectivity of oxygen in oxidation of hydrogen on thinshell catalyst increased about 2%,and loss of aromatics was about 80% less comparing with catalyst of uniform Pt distribution.Selectivity and stability of(thin-)shell catalyst were all good because reaction heat could rapidly be removed from the catalyst.
