摘    要:以氯化十六烷基吡啶嗡为模板剂,经室温合成与高温焙烧制出了介孔TiO2,分别用红外光谱、透射电镜,X射线粉末衍射和BET比表面测定等对其结构、形貌、晶相和比表面进行了表征。结果表明:用该方法能制得高比表面的介孔TiO2,其平均孔径在4-7nm之间;控制焙烧温度可以达到控制颗粒大小及形貌的目的,经600℃焙烧2h的试样仍未出现晶相转变的迹象。

Abstract:Using n-cetylpyridinium chloride as template, mesoporous TiO2 was prepared by room temperature synthesis and high temperature calcination. The structure, morphology, crystalline phase and specific surface of the product samples were characterized by FT-IR, TEM, XRD and BET method respectively. The results showed that mesoporous TiO2 with high specific surface are prepared by this method, its average pore radius is 4-7 nm; the pore size and morphology of the product could be adjusted by controlling the calcination temperature; and when calcinated at 600 ℃for 2 h, no change in crystalline phase was observed.
