双系统动态同步PID参数优化的模拟退火算法

摘    要:PID控制是目前广泛应用于工业生产各个领域的控制方法.传统的PID参数整定方法,在解决双系统动态同步PID参数优化问题上遇到了很大的困难.将模拟退火算法应用于双系统动态同步PID参数优化的问题上,使用MATLAB工具对两个典型的二阶系统动态同步PID参数优化进行了仿真试验,两个系统的动态同步性能得到了明显的改善.此方法应用于机车定置试验台的同步控制中,取得了比较好的控制效果.仿真试验和实际应用都表明,模拟退火算法对解决双系统动态同步PID参数优化的问题是有效的,具有很强的实用价值.

Abstract:Up to now,PID controllers have been used widely in many fields in the industry. However,it is very difficult to use the traditional method of PID parameter design to solve the problem of PID parameter optimization of two systems for dynamic synchrony.In this paper,a simulated annealing algorithm is applied to the problem,and the simulation of the method for dynamic synchrony of two classical 2-ranks systems using the MATLAB tool is done,thus making the dynamic synchrony of the two systems a distinct progress.The method is also practiced in the project of the experimentation estrade of the locomotive and gets excellent control effect.The simulation and the practice show that the simulated annealing algorithm is very effective to solve the problem of PID parameter optimization of two systems for dynamic synchrony and it has great value of application.
