| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆迎合信息的需求引入知识管理,提高了管理水平。文章探讨了高校图书馆的知识管理特点和应用,指出注重知识集成管理、完备知识共享模式、突显个性化知识服务、构筑知识服务平台等发展方向是知识管理在高校图书馆的研究重点。

| Abstract: | Knowledge management is introduced into university library to meet the needs of information,and the management level is raised.This article discussed the characteristics and applications of the knowledge management,and pointed out that laying stress on the knowledge integration management,completing knowledge sharing mode,giving prominence to individuation of knowledge service and constructing the knowledge service platform are the research emphasis. |
