摘 要: | 以HgCl_2为主催化活性组分,CuCl_2和KCl为助剂,活性炭为载体,采用浸渍法制备HgCl_2-CuCl_2-KCl/C超低汞乙炔氢氯化反应催化剂,采用SEM、XRD进行表征,并在固定床反应器上对催化剂的催化性能进行测试,用管式恒温炉对低汞催化剂的使用寿命进行评价。结果表明:CuCl_2和KCl的加入均能提高催化剂的使用性能,氯化汞损失率降低,乙炔转化率提高;4%HgCl_2-3%CuCl_2-3%KCl/C为最佳配比,且活性组分分散度较高,在乙炔空速为30h~(-1)、V(C_2H_2)/V(HCl)为1∶1.05的条件下,反应720h,乙炔氢氯化反应的转化率可达到97.25%,氯化汞损失率降低到1.5%,使用性能较好。

PREPARATION AND CATALYTIC PERFORMANCE OF ULTRA -LOW MERCUY HgCl2-CuCl2-KCl/C CATALYST |

Abstract: | Using HgCl2 as active component, CuCl2-KCl as additive and active carbon as carrier, ultra-low mercury HgCl2-CuCl2-KCl/C catalysts were prepared by impregnation method and were characterized by SEM and XRD; the catalytic performance was investigated in a fixed bed reactor and the life time of the catalyst was assessed in a constant temperature furnace. The results showed that adding CuCl2 and KCl can reduce the Hg loss and improve the acetylene conversion. The 4%HgCl2-3%CuCl2-3%KCl/C catalyst has the best dispersion of the active components. Under the reaction conditions of C2H2 space velocity of 30h-1, HCl/C2H2 volume ratio of 1:1.1, the hydrochlorination conversion of acetylene is up to 97.25%, while the loss rate of mercury chloride is reduced to 1.5%. |
