2016~2017年广州市桶装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌的污染情况分析

摘    要:目的 了解广州市桶装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌的污染情况, 分析广州市桶装饮用水的饮用安全性。方法 按照GB 8538-2016(2008)《食品安全国家标准 饮用天然矿泉水检验方法》, 对广州市桶装饮用水进行铜绿假单胞菌的检验, 并根据GB 19298-2014《食品安全国家标准 包装饮用水》进行铜绿假单胞菌限量的判定, 统计2016~2017年广州市桶装饮用水的监督抽查检验情况, 分析桶装饮用水中的铜绿假单胞菌污染情况。结果 2016~2017年, 共计抽样检验广州市生产领域和流通领域桶装饮用水654份, 总计18份水样检出铜绿假单胞菌, 检出率为2.75%。其中2016年从285份水样检出铜绿假单胞菌10份, 检出率为3.50%; 2017年从369份水样检出铜绿假单胞菌8份, 检出率为2.17%。铜绿假单胞菌的污染主要来源于生产环节。结论 广州市桶装饮用水存在一定的安全隐患, 相关监管部门应加强监督管理, 确保消费者的饮水安全, 同时提醒消费者提高对桶装饮用水的重视。

Abstract:Objective To understand the contamination situations of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in barreled drinking water in Guangzhou and to analyze the drinking safety of barreled drinking water in Guangzhou. Methods According to the national standard GB/T 8538-2016(2008) Methods for examination of drinking natural mineral water, Pseudomonas aeruginosa in barreled drinking water in Guangzhou were determined. According to GB 19298-2014 National food safety standard for packaged drinking water, the limit of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was determined, the data of sampled inspection on barreled water in Guangzhou from 2016 to 2017 were collected, and the contamination situations of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in barreled drinking water were analyzed. Results From 2016 to 2017, a total of 654 bottles of drinking water in the production area and circulation area of Guangzhou were sampled, Pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected in 18 samples of water samples, and the detection rate was 2.75%. Among them, 10 samples of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected from 285 samples in 2016, and the detection rate was 3.50%. In 2017, there were 8 samples of Pseudomonas aeruginosa detected from 369 samples, and the detection rate was 2.17%. Pseudomonas aeruginosa contamination mainly came from the production process. Conclusion The barreled drinking water has some potential safety problems in Guangzhou. Relevant regulatory authorities should strengthen supervision and management to ensure the safety of consumers'' drinking water, and remind consumers of the importance attached to barreled drinking water at the same time.
