焦炭塔上进料方式对延迟焦化过程的影响

摘    要:在延迟焦化中型试验装置上考察了焦炭塔进料方式对延迟焦化过程的影响。结果表明:在操作条件基本一致的情况下,焦炭塔采用上进料方式与常规进料方式相比,干气产率略有降低,焦炭产率减少明显;在循环比0.50左右的条件下,液体产品产率提高了0.87百分点,其中焦化蜡油产率显著提高;通过对焦炭塔两种进料方式下的产品性质分析发现,焦化汽油、焦化柴油的性质基本一致,但上进料方式下的焦化蜡油性质略差,主要表现在密度、残炭、硫含量、金属含量有所升高,馏程变重,其50%和95%馏出温度分别高出15℃和16℃。

INFLUENCE OF UPPER-FEEDING MODE OF COKING DRUM ON DELAYED COKING PROCESS
Abstract:The influence of feeding from the upper part of the delayed coking tower on product distribution was tested in a pilot plant. The results showed that upper-feeding method is superior in reduction of C1~C4 yield slightly and coke significantly under the same operation conditions than conventional feeding mode. The liquid yield is improved 0.87 percentage points at the recycle ratio of about 0.5, in which the yield of coking gas oil increases significantly. It is found that the properties of coking gasoline and diesel by the upper feeding are close to the products by bottom feeding way, but the gas oil quality becomes poor. The density, residual carbon, sulfur and metal content are all increased, the distillation range is heavier, the 50% and 95% distillate temperatures of diesel is 15 ℃ and 16 ℃ higher than the old mode, respectively.
