硅锌矿结晶釉的可控析晶

摘    要:硅锌矿结晶釉的艺术效果与相组成有关,相组成取决于对硅锌矿析晶的控制。釉基质相中硅锌矿晶体的形成是陶瓷艺术与科学中非常重要的一个课题。研究认为:釉料组成是可控析晶的基础,成核剂和烧成条件是晶花部位、数量、形态及大小控制的关键,着色剂是色调控制的关键。

Abstract:The artistry of Willemite crystalline glaze is related to the phase composition.the phase composition depends on the control of the crystallization of willemite.The formation of willemite crystals in glaze matrix is a very important topic in ceramic art and science.It is believed that the composition of the glaze is the basis of controlled crystallization.Nucleating agents and firing parameters are key to the control of the location,quantity,morphology and size of the crystal flower.Colorants are the key to tone control.
