摘    要:以多聚甲醛为催化指示剂,对喷气燃料在密闭温度滴定装置中进行条件参数优化及微量酸值测定,通过标准酸验证其方法准确性并将滴定结果与标准方法对比。结果表明:当油样质量选取10,15,20,25,30g时,在滴定剂浓度为0.01mol/L、滴定速率为1.0mL/min、搅拌速率为中的条件下,滴定结果有较好的重复性和准确性,拟合曲线线性判定系数R2为0.994 9;采用苯甲酸作为标准酸并稀释至0.010 5mgKOH/g,对方法进行准确性验证,所测结果为0.011 5mgKOH/g,与实际酸值较为一致;通过与标准方法对比,温度催化滴定结果与其所测值基本一致。表明温度催化滴定法作为一种新的酸值测定方法,通过优化测试条件,可以准确测定酸值不大于0.015mgKOH/g的油品。

RESEARCH ON DETERMINATION OF TRACE ACID NUMBER IN JET FUEL BY THERMOMETRIC CATALYTIC TITRATION
Abstract:Using paraformaldehyde as a catalytic indicator, the trace acid in the jet fuel sample was determined in an inclosed temperature titration device under optimal conditions. The accuracy of the method was verified by comparing the results with that of standard acid method. The results showed that when the oil sample is 10, 15, 20, 25, 30g and the titration concentration 0.01mol/L and the titration rate 1.0 mL/min with moderate stirring, the titration results have good reproducibility and accuracy. The linear coefficient R2 of the fitting curve is 0.995. Using benzoic acid as a standard acid with concentration of 0.0105 mgKOH/g to verify the accuracy of the new method, the measured results are 0.0115 mgKOH/g, basically consistent with the actual acid value, indicating that the thermometric catalytic titration can be used as a new method of measuring acid value for jet fuels. It can accurately determine the acid value of jet fuel as low as 0.015 mgKOH/g or even lower at optimized test conditions.
