摘    要:利用转炉钢渣和废陶瓷粉制备再生陶瓷砖。以试样砖主要性能指标为衡量依据,研究确定最优烧制工艺条件,及工艺条件对其各项性能指标的影响。结果表明:转炉钢渣的掺量、烧成温度、成型压力对吸水率和气孔率的影响先降低后增大;对试样体积密度及抗压强度的影响均先增大后降低。最优原料配比为15%转炉钢渣、85%废陶瓷磨细粉。最优烧成温度为1130℃、成型压力为95 MPa、保温时间为45 min。最佳工艺条件制得陶瓷砖试样的抗压强度为23.5 MPa、吸水率为0.52%、气孔率为0.97%。放射性Ir≤1.3,IRa≤1.0,符合GB/T 6566-2010《建筑材料放射性核素限量》A类装饰装修材料标准。

Abstract:Use the steel slag and scrap ceramic powder for the recycled ceramic tile .Based on sample brick's main performance indicators.The results show that, The effect on water absorption and porosity first decreases and then increases;The effect on the volume density and compressive strength of samples increased first and then decreased. The optiaml mix proportion was 15%CS, 85%GP, and the firing system was singtering temperature is 1130 ℃, holding time is 45min, molding pressure is 95 KN and the water absorption of 0.52%, porosity of 0.97%, compressive strength of 23.5 MPa, The radioactive of Ir ≤ 1.3, IRa ≤ 1.0, which meet the national standard GB/T 6566-2010.
