低硫含砷金矿石选冶技术方案确定与生产实践

摘    要:国外某大型金矿,属低硫含砷石英长石型难选冶原生金矿石。通过对矿石特点、选冶试验研究结果的分析,密切结合项目具体实际,为保证项目总体建设方案更加合理,兼顾环保与矿山充填方案,选冶工艺设计采用了三段一闭路破碎、两段闭路磨矿、一段粗磨回路进行重选回收粗颗粒金,二段磨矿后采用一粗一精三扫的浮选流程,重浮金精矿细磨、两浸两洗、锌粉置换、金泥除杂精炼,最终产出成品金的工艺流程。生产实践证明,设计的工艺流程符合矿石性质,产出合格产品,在实际原矿品位比设计品位低27%的情况下,冶炼厂回收率及选冶总回收率达到甚至超过设计指标。特别是作为该国首例生产线,浮选金精矿锌粉置换工艺的成功实施,不仅可以处理本项目浮选金精矿,生产线富余能力还可以收购该国其他类似黄金矿山金精矿进行处理提金,为急需黄金储备的该国黄金行业的发展做出了积极的贡献。

Abstract:A large gold mine in a foreign country is a kind of quartz feldspar type refractory sulphide gold ore with low sulfur and arsenic content.Through the analysis of ore characteristics, metallurgy test research results, closely combined with the actual project, in order to ensure the project general construction scheme more reasonable, both environmental protection and mining filling solution, metallurgy processing design scheme is that three-stage crushing and one closed circuit,two -stage closed circuit grinding, first stage grinding circuit with gravity separation for recovering coarse particle gold, after the secondary grinding using one rougher-one cleaner-three scavenger flotation process, a fine regrinding of gold concentrate, two leaching and washing, zinc powder replacement, gold mud impurity refined.The production practice has proved that the designed technological process conforms to the nature of ore and produces qualified products. Under the condition that the actual raw ore grade is 27% lower than the designed grade, the recovery rate of smelting plant and the total recovery rate of separation and smelting can reach or even exceed the designed index.Especially as this country"s first production line, zinc powder replacement process is successfully implemented, not only can handle flotation gold concentrate of this project , also can process similar gold concentrates of the other gold mine. The project implementation made a positive contribution to the development of the country"s gold industry.
