摘    要:目的 建立QuEChERS-高效液相色谱-质谱/质谱法同时测定水产品中磺胺类药物和氯霉素类药物含量的分析方法。方法 样品用乙腈提取, 经QuEChERS方法去脂净化后, 用甲醇和0.02%的甲酸水溶液作为流动相进行梯度洗脱, Waters Atlantis T3色谱柱进行色谱分离, 高效液相色谱-质谱/质谱电喷雾电离多反应监测正负离子模式测定, 内标法定量。结果 23种药物标准曲线的相关系数均大于0.99, 加标平均回收率为61.4%~116.2%。结论 本方法操作简单、方便高效, 可同时测定水产品中磺胺类和氯霉素类药物, 适合于实验室多项目的快速检测。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of sufonamides and chloramphenicols in aquatic products by QuEChERS-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. Methods The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, defatted by QuEChERS methods after degreasing and purification, and separated by Waters Atlantis T3 chromatogaphic column with gradient elution of methanol and 0.02% famic acid solution. The aimed compound was determined by high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry with multiple reaction monitoring positive and negative ion mode, and quantified by internal standard method. Results The correlation coefficients of the 23 kinds of drug standard curves were more than 0.99, and the average recovery rates were 61.4%~116.2%. Conclusion This method is simple, convenient and efficient, which can be used for simultaneous determination of sulfonamide and chloramphenicol in aquatic products, and is suitable for rapid detection of multiple projects in laboratories.
