准静态下TiB2基陶瓷复合材料单轴抗压强度的韦伯分布规律

摘    要:采用超重力燃烧工艺制备了TiB2基陶瓷复合材料,用阿基米德排水法测得其体积密度为4.72 g/cm^3。通过微观结构分析,发现陶瓷颗粒间存在许多小于3μm的微孔洞且分布不均匀。在加载速率为0.5 mm/min的准静态条件下进行单轴抗压试验,以Weibull分布为假设分布,对测得的强度数据用数理统计的方法进行分析。经过Kolmogorov非参数检验,得出该陶瓷复合材料的准静态单轴抗压强度分布规律可以用模数系数为3.04834,最小抗压强度为0 MPa的两参数Weibull分布表征,预测了其平均强度为530 MPa。

Abstract:TiB2 composites were prepared by supergravity combustion process, and the volume density was 4.72 g/cm^3 measured by Archimedes displacement method.Through microstructure analysis, it was found that there were many micropores less than 3 μm between the ceramic particles and the distribution was not uniform.The uniaxial compression test was carried out under quasi-static conditions with a loading rate of 0.5 mm/min. The Weibull distribution was taken as the assumed distribution to analyze the measured strength data by mathematical statistics.After the Kolmogorov nonparametric test, the distribution law of quasi-static uniaxial compressive strength of this composites could be characterized by two-parameter Weibull distribution with modulus coefficient of 3.04834 and minimum compressive strength of 0 MPa, and the average strength of this composites was predicted to be 530 MPa.
