曜变天目釉烧成制度的研究

摘    要:以建阳水吉镇釉矿为主要原料,采用电、柴两用窑进行曜变天目釉的烧制,研究了烧成制度对曜变天目形成的影响。实验结果表明:当温度到达1150℃后将升温速度由4℃/min降至1℃/min,在最高温度1330℃时保温1 h;然后采用急冷阶梯式保温的降温方式,始终保持弱还原气氛能制备出表面效果良好的曜变天目釉。

Abstract:By using the glaze mineral from ShuiJi town in JianYang as the main raw material,Yohen Temmoku glaze was successfully sintered in the kiln with electricity and woods as heating sources.The influence of sintering system on the formation of Yohen Temmoku glaze was studied.The results show that the glaze quality is enhanced when the heating rate declining from 4℃/min to 1℃/min after 1150℃and the highest temperature of 1330℃kept for 1 hour.The color rings and spots on the glaze surface are obtained by step-keeping the temperature after rapid cooling and maintaining a weak reducing atmosphere.
